Social Media for Emergency Management: This 8-hour*, instructor-led training course focuses on social media basics, virtual operations support, hands-on demonstrations and activities, data analysis, monitoring, and intelligence gathering. 
Advanced Social Media for Emergency Management: This 8-hour, instructor-led training course focuses on advanced social media principles and focuses on hands-on application, virtual operations support, social media monitoring and intelligence gathering before, during, and after incidents. (Note: it is highly recommended that all participants attend basic social media training prior to advanced course)
Social Media for Law Enforcement & Intelligence Gathering: This 8-hour*, instructor-led training course is targeted toward law enforcement, public safety & homeland security professionals, and the intelligence community. This hands-on training focuses on policies, procedures, and tactics for the law enforcement official interested in leveraging social media data and user information for situational awareness, audience analysis, monitoring, and predictive analysis.

Custom Drills, Exercises & Facilitation Sessions

Social Media for Emergency Management – Tabletop Exercise: This 4-hour TTX guides communications personnel and organizational leadership through the complexities of social media monitoring and engagement following a simulated emergency or crisis affecting your jurisdiction, stakeholders, etc. 
Social Media Emergency Response Team – Design Thinking Workshop: This facilitated brainstorming session guides an organization through the complex process of building a social media emergency response team; planning team members will assess the information needs of their stakeholders, discuss areas of responsibility with leadership, and begin mapping expected deliverables before, during, and after incidents.
